I've been designing enterprise products for 15 years across healthcare, legal tech, retail, and industrial. The pattern across all of it: I tend to end up building things that don't exist yet and convincing organizations to adopt them. Design systems, AI tools, internal platforms, policy changes. I like the work that sits between design craft and organizational change.

I'm currently at Ecolab as a Principal Product Designer, overseeing the design system I built and pushing the brand forward.
