The process
The journey started with brainstorming sessions to identify pet owners’ pain points, leveraging a deep understanding of user needs. Initial sketches outlined a dashboard to display the three health categories, followed by low-fidelity wireframes in Figma to map out task inputs and metric displays. High-fidelity mockups were then developed, focusing on a clean layout and vibrant visuals to reflect a caring tone. Iterations considered potential user flows, imagining how owners might interact with the app, though no formal testing was conducted. This exploratory design phase aimed to gauge market viability and refine the concept for future development.
